I/We authorize you and /or any proposed signee to verify my /our credit standing as deemed necessary. This is not a credit sale. The balance
due must be paid when the work is completed. Contractor is not a finance company. Buyer(s) may arrange a loan in the amount necessary
to cover the price under this agreement, or prior to the completion date, request that Contractor arrange a loan for Buyer(s). Financing shall
not delay payment of the balance due which shall be paid to the Contractor upon completion. There are no verbal agreements regarding
this order, all verbal agreements made by any representative being merged herein, and it is agreed that the Contractor will be bound to
do only what is written on the face hereof. Contractor warrants that all repairs and improvements or other work as above specified shall
be done in a substantial and workmanlike manner. In the event the Buyer(s) request Contractor to obtain financing, the various methods
of computing loan costs by the numerous financial sources make it impossible to furnish a full disclosure statement at this time. A full
disclosure statement will be furnished immediately upon obtaining an "Agreement to Loan" from one or another financial source. All financial
arrangements are exclusively between the Buyer(s) and the lender. If Contractor is required to institute legal proceedings to collect any
amounts due under this contract, owner agrees contract, owner agrees to pay contractor the costs of collection including, but not limited
to, attorney's fees and court costs.
BUYERS NOTICE OF RIGHT TO CANCEL
The law provides that either party to a home improvement contract may cancel the contract by notifying the other party, in writing, by certified
or registered mail, by midnight of the third business day following the execution of the home improvement contract. If either party exercises
this right, neither party will be liable to the other for damages, if the contract is cancelled after the aforementioned period, the Contractor
is entitled to ten per cent (10) of the contract price, plus any other cost for goods or services incurred by the contractor.
