We hereby request a variance to construct a CBS wall with a height
of 5 feet 6 inches in lieu of the 5 foot high wall requirement. This
request is made in order that the new wall will match in appearance and
continuity to the existing wall now on our property. Said new wall is
to be located adjacent to the front property line bordering Biscayne
Boulevard and will be approximately 50 feet in length. See attached
plans for specific details.
