EAS Construction Speaalties hereby provides owner a two year guarantee against defective material or workmanship i.e. bond failure including chipping, flaking, or peeling of the Sundek • application. This guarantee shall be void if other products are applied over the Sundek® product. I11. Customer's Responsibilities: The work order shall be considered commenced when EAS Construction Specialties, Inc. crew arrives to begin preparation work. Customer agrees to fumish all water and electricity necessary for installation of Sundek® and agrees to remove or protect all personal prope�ir y from the area to be resurfaced. EAS Construction Specialties Inc. Shall not be responsible for removal or replacement of or damage to saidlitems. A fumiture removal fee or loss of use fee, due to electricity or water unavailability, will be charged at a rate of $85 per crew hour. It is customers' responsibility to protect the work area. This includes damage caused by water sprinlders, pets, children, animals, servicemen, etc during the application process. If the work area is not protected and is damaged, additional charges may be added. IV. Effectiveness of Agreement: This agreement shall become effective when EAS Construction Specialties Inc. has received a signed original of this agreement from the customer and after a duly authorized officer of EAS Construction Specialties Inc. has signed its acceptance hereof.
