Foundations shall consist of 4 in. concrete slab with reinforcing providing 0.028 sq. in. of steel per foot in each direction and the slab discontinuous edges shall be 8 in. deep and 8 in. wide and shall be reinforced with 1 continuous #5 bar. All screens shall be proportioned to release from the frame work at a maximum pressure of 10 psf on the roof screen sections and 19 psf on the vertical screen section.
