The plans and specifications for the above project, dated October 7, 1966, are
hereby amended as follows:
Item 1: Toilet Partitions specified under SectioF!: 10 - C inet Work:
Mid -South Distributors, Inc. mica covered toilet compartment
"A" is acceptable.
Electrical Work: The Earecutone sound equipment is acceptable
as equal to the equipment shown on the electrical drewingso

Item 5: The wood for light trough shown on drawings E-4 A -10 and A-18,
including the 1/4" asbestos 0 shall be furnished and installed
under Carpentry.
Item 6: Acoustical jolaster on face of Gallery shall'be r-turned under
Gallery to the glass wall at rear of Nave.
Item 7: Slidinc Glass Doors: Door *23 shall be two 30 -0 doors with
One sliding screen. Door #15 shall be four 3° -4" doors with two
sliding screens a (Screens to be 3 width also).
Item 8: Fascia at gable end of rof on Office and Staff Building shall be
cut from a 2" x 12'° all -clear '13" and Better Fir or Larch, and
formed to fit profile at the gutter.
Itam 9: The following National Gypsum Company "Gold Bond' Products are
acceptable as equal to those products included its the specifications:
Section 5: "Metro Mix" for poured Gypsum Deck.
Section 17: "Sprayolite" for acoustical plaster.

Item 10: Stonework: Cut or groove back of keystone veneer to clear the
intermediate supporting angle lintel so that there will stet be

Item 12: .Sprinkler System Work: In order to simplify the bidding of the Sprinkler

General Contractor shall include a Cash Alloviance of $3 in
his bid to coerc the sprinkler system work curly
Lawn work spec Led under this section shall not be a part of this
allowance, but shall be included as specified the proposal bid.

Aisle, Narthex, Foyer, East Stair, West Stair,, and Gallery (except
