Plant root balls shall be proportionate as per Grades and Standards, latest edition, for plant sixes. 11. All trees to be single trunked with clear trunks as called for. 12. Multi -stem or multi- trunked trees to be individual plants forming the plant, not suckering branches above grade. 13. Period begins with final inspection and Owner's acceptance of work. Material to be replaced with reasonable speed from notification by Owner. This guarantee supersedes any other guarantee from L.C. In the event certain material 'As in questionable need of replacement at the 4 month period, then the L.C. shall extend guarantee another 90 days and take steps to rejuvenate the specimens to acceptable condition. 23. L.C. shall leave a clean site daily, free from all his debris. 24.
