In response to letter from Code Compliance dated August 18, 2006.
Hi Reliance Corp. License No. 05B000955 was issued a Building Permit by Miami Shores
Building Department for replacement of impact windows in the above referenced residence on
May 19, 2006; the Final inspection was approved on July 10, 2006. The permit was closed on
that date as the permit was inspected and completed.
After the notification of Miami -Dade Code Compliance of the Improperly Licensed Individuals, Mr.
& Mrs. Weingrad were notified of the condition of their contractor and were advised that the
permit and inspection issued to Hi Reliance Corp. was revoked and a Change of Contractor
would be required in order to make the permit legal. Because of the fact that the work was
properly done by Hi- Reliance, it was suggested that the easiest and less costly to the
homeowner, would be to execute a Change of Contractor and issue the permit to the homeowner.
The homeowner came to the Building Department on August 18, 2006 and a Change of
Contractor was executed, the homeowner was issued the permit, and the permit was finale on
August 21, 2006.
At this time there is no existing code violations on this address.
