building code specifications. Install new lead shields on all plumbing projections. Install new 26 gauge metal
flashings as required. Install new 26g au e 9" face eaves drip, and 26 gauge valley metal to be stripped
and sealed where necessary. Install 1 ite cement shingle tile in a bed of mortar. A Eight

2 -15# Ib. felts shingle lapped and solid mopped with hot asphalt. Install new 26 gauge _.3.1L face galvanized
gravel stop stripped and sealed. Flood the entire roof with hot asphalt and embed a layer of pe
rock. A Fi ve year warranty, upon completion and final payment.

7 - CUSTOMER IS URGED TO COVER FURNITURE & OTHERWISE PROTECT THEIR PROPERTY. We cannot
assume responsibility for any damages done to the roof by plumbers, electricians, air conditioner men or any
other tradesmen. Owner to be responsible for location and notification to Company of septic tank.
8. Owner is to provide right of ingress and egress to the structure and /or to include written permission from the owner
of neighboring property that must be used to provide access for workmen or machinery.
9. Al Springer reserves the right to supervise or inspect all work subsequently performed by other parties to the roof,
for a reasonable fee. Without this supervision or inspection, all warranties are null and void. The warranty is
transferrable to a new owner upon written application, and payment of a reasonable fee.
10. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications will become an extra charge over and above the estimate of
labor and usual costs of our agreement.
11. This contract shall become binding when signed by all parties or their authorized agent. Owner or agent agrees that
upon cancellation before work is started, or before material is delivered on job, to be liable for 20% of gross amount
of contract as liquidated damages. Owner or agent is liable for the full amount of contract in the event they cancel
contract after work has started.
In the event the amount of fee is not paid within (3) three days from completion, the account shall be in default.
The acceptor of this agreement agrees to indemnify the company harmless from any costs or expenses incurred in
the collection of the defaulted account, or in any part thereof, including attorney's fees, court cost, etc., and further
agrees that the defaulted account will bear interest at the maximum lawful rate of 1 % per month, not to exceed
18% per year, on the unpaid balance.
