SIDE OR REAR YARD FENCES Walls or fences in any side or rear yard, shall be constructed of chain link, wood, ornamental iron or aluminum, precast concrete, concrete block stucco, oxornamental masonry. The use of all other materials or attachments such as slats, fabric, reed screening, etc., is prohibited.
