Noteworthy features include compass arched transoms on ground floor

Physical Description:
Structure is a two -story Mediterranean Revival residence with a 1 -story E wing.
E wing facade has French door flanked by windows, all with arched transoms.
Second story windows separated by twisted colonnettes. Large cast masonry
decorative grillwork to E of entrance. Entrance is E third of small projecting
wing fronting two -story mass. Entrance porch has large square masonry pillars.
Roof has exposed wood rafters. Projecting wing has square scuppers just below
gable line.
