and grooved of uniform thickness and width, well matched so that lay
smoothly and with close joints. Flooring shall be driven up tight,
blind nailed and all nails set. All floors shall be scraped and sanded
to a smooth finish ready to receive finish; no flooring shall be laid
until all trim is in plane and ready for the last ooat of paint.
LINOS - The Kitchen floor shall be covered with "B" grade Armstrong's
