On behalf of Tabares Truss Co., I have performed
inspections of the roof framing system at the above
referenced houses under construction.
As of this date, the roof structure of the house located
to the West, #225, is adequate as modified. A steel hanger
was provided and bolted to the wood girder as required by
engineering desing, and therefore in my opinion, work should
be allowed to proceed.
The required modifications to the structure of the house
located to the East, #245, have not yet been satisfactorily
completed, so I will perform another inspection when
requested by the Contractor, and will keep you informed.
