The buyers are requiring that 1 obtain a letter from your office stating that the Village of Miami Shores has no objection to the current location of the wooden utility shed despite the technical violation of the 10' setback. It has been explained to them that should it be torn down or came dawn, for any reason, it could not be reconstructed.
