• Numbers are press stamped on galvanized metal parts.
NOTE: Corner Panels may appear slightly flattened when
removed from carton. This does not effect the
assembly of your building.
HOW TO SELECT AND PREPARE THE SITE
Before assembling your building, you will want to
decide on the location. A little planning in the
beginning will help you to get the most use from
your completed building.
The best location is a level area with good
drainage. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1. Allow enough working space for ease of
moving parts into position during assembly.
Be sure there will be enough space at
entrance.
2. It is IMPORTANT that the ground at the
building base be level.
3. Buildings MUST BE ANCHORED to with-
stand the force of strong winds. See "An-
choring the Building" instructions for
suggested anchoring options.
NOTE: Anchors are not included.
PRE - ASSEMBLY OF PARTS
Phase 1 shows how to join related parts to make
larger sections. Pre - assemble these parts the day
before. Your building can then be completed in a
day or Tess.
BEFORE YOU ASSEMBLE THE BUILDING
First, study and understand the OWNERS
MANUAL and the REPAIR PARTS LIST SHEET.
Begin with Floor Frame assembly and continue
with the remaining steps.
IMPORTANT: You must begin with a Floor Frame
assembly that is square and level. Parts will then fit
together correctly and holes will match up. The
building must be square at the corners of the roof
line.
DO NOT ANCHOR FLOOR FRAME UNTIL BUILDING IS COMPLETE
HERE ARE SOME HELPFUL HINTS:
1. If you must store the carton(s) outside, be
sure to protect them from moisture.
2. Give yourself plenty of working room. Group
together all parts for each step in each
Phase. The parts should be arranged with
the part numbers toward you for easy iden-
tification.
3. Use the carton cover or other containers to
keep small parts from becoming lost.

the OWNERS MANUAL to assemble your building.
BEFORE YOU ASSEMBLE THE BUILDING
1. Check the Model Number at the top of the Repair Parts List against the Model Number on the carton.
2. Check to be sure that you have all the parts listed. IF PARTS ARE MISSING OR YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT
PARTS — CONTACT THE STORE WHERE PURCHASED.
3. Assemble the building on level ground.
4. DO NOT change parts by cutting or drilling holes. If your parts do not fit together or holes do not line up, make sure
adjoining parts are properly assembled and screws ARE NOT fully tightened. (Loosely assembled parts have enough
"give" to make hole alignment easy.) Be sure to tighten all screws after your building is completely assembled.
5. Refer to this folder for available Optional Accessories you may want to add to your building.

any other permit equals or exceeds fifty percent (50 %) of the fair market value of the structure, the entire structure must meet the
present federal flood criteria for finished floor elevation. I am also fully aware that if the total cost of work to my home or business
under this and any other permit exceeds fifty percent (50 %) of the replacement cost of the structure, then the entire structure must
conform to the current code requirements of the Building Code.
