herewith, for your information; copy of a letter that was
written to all electrical contractors in the greater Miami
area, asking their cooperation with my Company, and which
letter I believe is self - explanatory. I thought you would
be interested in this matter and your cooperation with us
in this regard will be greatly appreciated as you know the
long time we were unable to obtain meters and many elec-
trical
contractors got into the habit of cutting services
across without meters and without at the same time, notify-
ing our Company, which naturally caused us a lot of concern
