McCall regarding the air conditioning installation at the home of :iorton Hill, 1122 N. E. 97th Street. The installation is presently being done in keeping with permit #6461, issued May 19, 1965 by Miami Shores Village. The following steps have been taken in order to maintain a reason- able noise level: Hit c 1. 1" fiberglass insulation has been applied to the walls adjacent to the unit. 2. A sound attenuator lined with 1" fiberglass has been installed on the unit. 3. The compressor housing ::as been lined with fiberglass. 4. The unit has been located approxiriately 45 feet from the lot line. 5. There are bushes surrounding the unit and a hedge at the lot line. Although a final inspection has not been made, periodic inspections and noise level tests have been made, indicating the unit is well within acceptable limits. i ;hen a final inspection is requested a further check will be made prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
