The reason why my wife and I are requesting the plans is as follows: A couple of years ago, we contracted Gregory Lopez, with Gel International, Inc., to make an addition (second story) to our home. There have been many drawbacks and we even went to court, fearing that we would lose the initial deposit of $30,000.00. We decided to continue with the construction, but still did not trust him to finish this project and we were very hesitant to give him more money. We decided earlier this year to not continue with this project. This is the reason why we are now requesting the plans.
