UTILITIES CONNECTION PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY AT FIELD AND WITH THE UTILITY COMPANIES THE EXACT POINT OF CONNECTION FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICES BEFORE SUBMITTING A BID OR PRICE FOR HIS WORK. 11.
