RE: Lot 2, Block 1, JONI HEIGHTS; AKA: 810 N.E. 95th Street
As per your conversation of this morning with my secretary,
I am writing this letter to ask for an extension of the building
permit, number 16075, which was issued to me on November 29,
1973, for the construction of a single family residence on the
above described lot.
Unfortunately, some confusion arose when we called your office
and you were out of town. We were told that the permit was good
for six months and we would be notified when it had to be renewed.
We are waiting to hear from our mortgage lender and this is the
reason for the delay. Upon concluding the financing arrangements,
I will begin construction immediately.
