Permit application must be accompanied by: • Two copies of letter from the State of Florida indicating that this is a "State Approved" shed. • Two copies of survey showing location of shed and setback requirements written. • Shed must be made out of galvanized metal or aluminum, no wood allowed. • A concrete slab is optional when sheds have pre- fabricated floor. • Slab: 4" slab monolithic footing 8" x 8" with one #5 bar with 6X6 #10 mesh . Slab needs to be 6" larger than shed all the way around. • No electrical or plumbing fixtures are allowed inside a shed.
