Gentlemen;
A field inspection has bee conducted by this office on the above
referenced single family residence and it's roof. The purpose of
the inspection was to determine the adequacy of the structural
elements to support a tile roof.
Based on my personal observation, a review of the method of
construction and a mathematical analysis of the different
stresses both existing and proposed, I have the following
conclusion - The existing rafters are not of sufficient size and
strength to support the additional weight of a tile roof and only
a new roof, with a weight equal to or less than the existing

Inspections of the chipping and sandblasting work were made and approved.
Reinforcing steel was added as required. Inspections were made of the gunite
application and a final inspection was also made.
All of the work was inspected and approved, and within industry standards and in
compliance with the Florida Building Code.
NOTE, only the items in this permit were inspected and approved.
