The roof work for the sloped roof began on August 16 2001 and the flat roof work began the day after. All of the roofs that you contracted us to do, and that we worked on, are in 100% water tight condition. Great care was taken to ensure that no leaks ever occurred even in the middle of the actual work. As I have personally explained to you on several different occasions, the leak which you have, is in the lower flat aluminum structure terrace roof outside your house. Before the work began and several times after, you were clearly told that we would not work on or warranty this badly installed aluminum structure roof, which is not included in your contract. At this time we are pleased to inform you that your Spanish -S, white, color through cement tile will be delivered early next week.
