E. 95 Street. A letter from Mrs. Blake is forthcoming and should be avail- able within a couple of days. In addition to Mrs. Blake's approval of the location, it is further agreed that if she should offer objection at a later date because of any noise level originating from the compressor, I will have the compressor moved at my expense to a more satisfactory location.
