1. THESE SPECIFICATIONS IN CONJUNCTION WFM THE ATTACHED
DRAWINGS. PROVIDE FOR THE LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND

DISCIPUNES FOR ADDITIONAL CODE AND REGULATORY INFORMATION.

AND APPROVED BY OWNER.
11. AU. ELECTRICAL DEVICES, SWITCH PLATE, OUTLETS, ETC. SHALL BE
SELECTED OR APPROVED BY ARCHITECT AND OWNER.
12. ALL CONDITIONS AND ALL APPUCABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CONTRACTOR AND THE OWNER SHALL
GOVERN ALL SECTIONS OF ME SPECIFICATIONS.
13. ALL WORK THAT IS EITHER IMPLIED OR REASONABLY INFERABLE
FROM THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SHALE. BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. ALL
DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION
OF THE CONTRACTOR AND THE INCLUSION OF ANY WORK 8Y
MENTION, NOTE OR DETAIL, ITEMIZATION OR IMPLICATIONS HOWEVER
BRIEF, MEANS THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL

APPROVAL OF HIS WORK. PRIME BUILDING PERMITS SHALL BE
OBTAINED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
15. ALL WORK COMPLETED OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE PROPERLY
PROTECTED AT ALL TIMES. CONTRACTOR SHALL FOLLOW ALL
ACCEPTED METHODS OF SAFETY PRACTICES AND PROVIDE ALL
FENCES, BARRICADES, ETC., AS MAY BE NEEDED TO PROTECT UFE
AND PROPERTY ANO AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY AUTHORITIES
WAVING JURISDICTION OVER THIS WORK. HE SHALL REPAIR AT HIS
OWN COST ANY DAMAGES TO THE PREMISES OR ADJACENT WORK

18.QMEVANC!ES: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FAMILIARIZE HIMSELF

COMPREHENSNE GENERAL LIABILITY. BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY
DAMAGE IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE PARTIES THAT THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL INDEMNIFY THE OWNER AND ARCHITECT FOR
ANY AND ALL COSTS, CAMS, SUITS, AND JUDGMENTS FOR
PROPERTY DAMAGE AND PERSONAL INJURY, (INCLUDING DENTAL),
ARISING OUT OF THE WORK OF THE CONTRACTOR.

THEIR CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE OF THE SAME CHARACTER AS FOR

19. ALL MATERIALS USED SHALL BE NEW AND DELNERED TO THE JOB
IN ORIGINAL SEALED CONTAINERS BEARING ORIGINAL
MANUFACTURERS LABELS.

20. ALL CONTRACTOR'S WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN A FIRST

APPEARANCE CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN ALL SURFACES FREE OF

TECHNIQUES OF THE TRADE. ALL ADJACENT SURFACES TO THEIR
