The undersigned are the individuals who reside in and occupy
the premises situated at 271 N.E. 95th Street, Miami Shores,
Florida, which is a house. This is the house situated directly
West of 285 N.E. 95th Street, the house occupied by Mr. and Mrs.
Keegan. The Keegans have requested our permission to install
certain central air - conditioning units outside their home on the
West side of their house. Specifically, they have shown us their
plans, a copy of which is attached, and have physically
demonstrated where the two (2) units will be installed. We(I)
hereby waive the provisions of any Miami Shores Village ordinance
preventing installation of these air - conditioning units at this
location and we(I) grant permission to install these
air - conditioners at the proposed location.
