Our firm has been retained as Special Inspector for the gunite
repair of the precast floor joists at the following location:
The contractor of record is Snapp Industries under building
permit # 29623. Upon completion of the repair consisting of
removing the spalled concrete from the lower portion of the
affected joists by sandblasting, replacing steel reinforcement
as required and guniting the lower portion of the joists, a
letter of completion wil be forwarded.
