GENERAL CONDITIONS
The following General Conditions shall apply to all branches of the work
ana to all Contractors.
Proposals- The Owner reserved the right to reject any or all bids and
will not necessarily accept, the lowest bid or Baas.
Laws and ordinances - The work throughout shall be done in accordance with
the laws and ordinances which govern and are in force in the place or
locality where the work is to be done.
Contractors and Fereit s✓ The Contractors shall furnish al't labor, materials,
scaffoiaing, traneportaticn, etc. required to execute and conr his branch
of work.
Contractors small obtain and pay for all permits and licenses and shall
at all times provide sufficient facilities for inspection.
Each contractor shall cause to be removed from the premises from time to
time, the rubbish and surplus materials resulting through the ee eBut ion
and completion of his pork, keeping the premises at all times in a clean

Measurement and Laying Out df Work- The contractors snail obtain all

Roofing and Sheet metal `Fork
Entire roof shall be covered with CO lb. slate covered felt. Joints shall be
well lapped and sealed with asphalt.
White (super crete ) cement shingle tile shall be carefully laid in
cement. mortar over entire roof doubly lapped with minimum of 3" under
lap. Ridge tile shall be properly lapped and edcurely fastened to roof.
Roofer shall flash and counter flash around chimney,antX x .xf2]rXi t
and solar heater tank and coils.
Roofer shall furnish written guarantee with his proposal and shall provide
against leaks, faulty materials or workr-.anship.
