To Whom It May Concern;
I DR. Robert Sherman, have given my permission for Ron
Marrocco who lives at 1044 N.E. 94th Street, Miami Shores
to construct a fence that will be installed and paid for
by Ron Marrocco.
The fence will run in a continuous line from my existing
fence, which runs North and South. He will be able to
hinge a gate off such fence, that would be used for his
own purpose.
Ron Marrocco also agrees that once fence is up, it would
become the property of myself or anyone else who should
have title to this property.
