PYN►T h RE: Fence Setback 905 NE 92nd Street Frank Lubien Miami Shores Village Building and Zoning Department 10050 NE 2nd Ave. Miami Shores, Florida 33138 Dear Mr. Lubien, January 29, 1998 Last week your informed me that my fence did not pass final inspection because of the setback. As you well know I have taken all proper routes in pulling the permit in getting this completed. After our conversation I took stakes and strings to mark my property line with the 20 -foot triangle approved by the board. I then ran a triangle of 23 foot. The farthest outward curved section of the fence falls on the 23 -foot line with the remainder of the fence set back even further on my property then originally submitted. The distance from the most outward point to the 20 -foot triangle line is 27 inches. I will be more than happy to arrange an appointment with you at my property and lay the lines again to get this resolved.
