All installations shall be in accordance with the South Florida Building Code, this Notice of Acceptance or the manufacturer's recommendations, whichever is most restrictive. 2. Tiles shall be installed over solid wood deck with an under1ayment as set forth in Section 3404 of the South Florida Building Code for mortar -on and 43 pound asphalt for the nail on system. 3. The nail -on system shall be installed as follows: Minimum slope shall be 4" to 12" horizontal. The roof riles and accessories shall be installed on a minimum of 1/2" thick plywood sheathed wood framed deck with rafters spaced 24" o.c. maximum., A single ply of 36" wide 43 lbs. asphalt impregnated felt shall be installed on the deck with enough roofing nails and tin caps to hold the felt in place until the battens are instilled. The felt shall be turned down vertically 1" at the eave and rake. The felt shall be installed with 2" head laps and 6" side laps; The valley flashing shallle 26 gage galvanized steel and shall be 24" wide incorporating a 1 1/2" high standing seam splash diverter and 3/4" wide flanges.
