Board action on Single Family Frame Residence located at the above
address is as follows:
At its meeting of April 08. 1992. the Unsafe Structures Board ruled
that:
said structure be demolished and all debris removed from
the premises within thirty (30) days from today by a
licensed contractor, under a demolition permit obtained
from the Unsafe Structures Section. If any of the above
conditions are not complied with, said structure shall be
demolished by Miami Shores Village as soon as possible.

Code. In carrying out the order of the Unsafe Structures Board,
there will be no further notice or communication from the building
official to the owner(s) or interested parties! This document is
being recorded with the Clerk of the Circuit Court. This recording
will constitute constructive notice to all concerned, as well as any
subsequent purchasers, that a decision has been rendered by the
Unsafe Structures Board on the above referenced property.
Repair or demolition permits, for property located at the above
address must be obtained from Miami Shores Village. Building &
Zoning Department. 10050 N.E. 2nd Avenue. Miami Shores, FL.
33138 -2382.
The Unsafe Structures Board is Quasi- Judicial; the decision and
specified compliance date is final and binding. Request for
extension of time or rehearing of this case will not be considered.
Section 202.12 Judicial Review:
Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Unsafe Structures Board
may seek judicial review of that decision in accordance with the
Florida Appellate Rules.

DESC. OF BUILDING(S): Frame single family residence.

DEFECTS OF BUILDING(S): Building is abandoned. Termite damage is so extensive,
that portions of the building have collapsed. Half of the floor is gone, and
there is a large hole in the roof. Roof rafters vary from 30% to 100% gone.
And further defects were found to exist as cited in the Notice of Violation.
IN THE MATTER OF: This Division has found the above described building(s) to
be unsafe structures. As required in Section 202 of the South Florida
Building Code, an official notice was sent to the owner directingher to demolish
said structure and remove all debris from the premises.
The notice provisions having been complied with by this Division and the owner
having failed to comply with the order as cited in the Notice of Violation,
this public hearing is being held so that the Board may hear testimony and to
direct the owner to show cause why the Building Official's order should riot be
complied with. I request that this resume and the pictures submitted herewith
be made a part of your official records.

BUILDING OFFICIAL'S DECISION AND REQUEST:
Based on the application of the physical criteria and valuation criteria as
contained in Section 202.2(a) and Section 202.2(b) of the South Florida
Building Code, and based on the application of Sections 202.1(a), 202.1(b) and
202.1(c) to the subject structure(s), it is my decision that this /these
building(s) is /are unsafe and consitute(s) a hazard as cited in my notice of
violation.
I therefore respectfully request the Unsafe Structures Board to uphold my
decision as written and order the owner to
Demolish said structure and remove all debris from the premises.

and if the owner should fail to comply with such order the Building Official
is directed to proceed as provided in Section 202.10 and 202.11 of the South
Florida Building Code. No extension of time will be granted by the Unsafe
Structures Appeals Board.
