Our firm was retained to provide a recertification inspection in accordance with the
guidelines contained in Miami -Dade County Ordinance 75 -34 and amend. We inspected
the building on 13 May, 2006 for the current owner. As the result of our inspection, we
found the Structural and Electrical systems to be safe for continuing occupancy. We
respectfully request that recertification be granted.
In order to avoid any possible misunderstanding, we wish to specifically advise that
nothing in this report should be construed, either directly or indirectly, as a guarantee of
condition of any portion of the building. To the best of our knowledge and ability, this
report represents an accurate appraisal of the present physical condition of the property,
based on a visual examination of the observed conditions to the extent reasonably
possible.
