In the case of uses not listed in this schedule, the village shall make a determination of the minimum required off - street parking spaces. In reaching the determination, the village shall be guided by the requirements for similar uses, the number and kind of vehicles likely to be attracted to the proposed use and studies of the parking requirements of such uses in other jurisdictions or as referenced in nationally recognized parking standards. (2) Single- family uses. a. Driveway /parking spaces on property. For all single - family uses, driveways and access aisles shall be a minimum of 8' wide and a maximum of 20' wide.
