We have carefully chosen Hillsborough beige #1033 manufactured by the
Benjamin Moore Paint Company. This color will blend nicely with our surrounding
neighborhood.
This house was purchased by us in November, and even though it had been
remodeled by the seller, Pam Williams, in a very economical way, we felt that the interior
and exterior needed an extensive makeover using quality materials and design, including
the entire yard and driveway. We have already applied for and were granted a permit for
the new circular driveway and will begin that process next week.
We are the owners of UNIQUE CONSIDERATIONS, LLC, an interior design
company with 10 years of experience remodeling "high -end" homes in south Florida, so
we are, of course, being meticulous with our own home.

In consideration of the issuance to me of this permit, I agree to perform the work covered hereunder in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining thereto and in strict
conformity with the plans, drawings, statements or specifications submitted to the proper authorities of Miami Shores Village. In accepting this permit I assume responisibility for all work
done by either myself, my agent, servants or employes.
