BETWEEN SIDEWALK AND STREET), THAT IS CITY PROPERTY AND NOT
TECHNICALLY DESIGNATED. THF,REFORE, BOARD REVIEW, IS IN MY VIEW,
NOT NECESSARY. ' WITH RESPECT TO THE WORK ON THE DRIVEWAY
INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE, NORMALLY BOARD REVIEW WOULD BE
REQUIRED. HOWEVER, THIS IS SO MINOR, THAT IN MY VIEW, THERE IS NO
NEED FOR BOARD REVIEW IF THE APPLICANTS REPLACE THE BROKEN
CEMENT WITH THE SAME MATERIAL AND OF THE SAME COLOR_ WHICH
SEEMS TO BE WHAT THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS CALLING FOR.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AT NO TIME HAS THE HISTORIC
PRESERVATION BOARD EVER EXPRESSED ANY VIEW WITH REGARD TO
THE RIVER ROCK IN THE SWALE, EITHER FOR IT OR AGAINST IT.
