It is my opinion that the re- framing of the damaged trusses and re- sheathing of the damaged portion of the roof was properly installed, satisfactorily secured, and finished. The fire had not caused any structural damage to the concrete block walls, therefore, the area in question has been properly restored to its previously habitable condition. The electrical damage, also repaired without a permit, is to be checked and completed by a Dade County licensed Contractor. This work will be finally inspected by me to ascertain proper installation. I am sure that this effort, with your co- operation,will result in the proper completion of the work erroneously attempted without the required building permit.
