Galli, Recording Secretary All witnesses expected to testify were sworn in at this time. Mr. LuBien informed the Board that with the recent election of Mr. Blum to Village Council, the Planning and Zoning Board needed to elect a Chairperson. Mr. Sturman moved to appoint Mr. Norman Powell as acting Chairman until the Planning and Zoning Board was at full membership in the near future.
