Home is a two -story Mediterranean Revival design. The single -story entry
porch has screened bays on S and W, door S. Gable roof extends over entry
door, exposed wood brackets and turned spindle brace. Second floor of
central hass has balcony extending across front; turned posts, decorative
brackets, spindle balusters and exposed jigsaw cut beams. The two - story
section behind the entry porch has a porthole window on front (S) facade.
Two sets of French doors lead to the balcony; most other windows are
arched casement. A detached one-story garage, CBS, flat roof with
barrel tile coping, is connected to the residence by a masonry wall
with arched pedestrian gateway.
