For steel decks, insulation must be mechanically attached throughout the entire roof area using GAFTITE Fasteners and Plates. Apply subsequent sheets of RUBEROID membrane providing for 4 inch side laps and 6 inch end laps. Note: The GAF Steep Roofing Asphalt should be mopped at a minimum temperature of 400 F (with a target temperature of 425 F) or 20 F above the EVT, whichever is higher.
