The roof consists of 3" Rise Roof Panels reinforced by 2" x 3" aluminum (6063 -T6 Alloy) panel tubes. The panels shall be of 0.050" thick and 12.0" width and made of aluminum alloy 3105-H154. The supporting frame is made of aluminum (6063 -T6 Alloy) extruded beams and columns. This screen room is as shown on the approved drawing number 96 -313 sheets 1 through 5 of 5 dated 10/08/96 and revised on 03/21/97 bearing the Dade County Product Control approval stamp. 2.0 INSTALLATION: The panels may be used on screen rooms with or without screened walls, attached to a structure at ground level adequate to provide support to the design vertical and horizontal loads imposed on and by the screen room. The installation of the screen room shall be as shown on the approved drawing number 96 -313 sheets 1 through 5 of 5 revised on 03/21/97 bearing the Dade County Product Control approval stamp. 3.0 LIMITATIONS: These structures may be used as a screen room in connection with Group 1 occupancy when deflection is limited to span/80 and the projection is limited to 12 ft. as detailed in Subsection 2303.3(g) of the South Florida Building Code. Panels limited to a deflection of span/180 may be used on roofs of screen rooms with projection greater than 12 ft. (utility sheds are not open structures) detailed in Subsection 2303.3(0 of the South Florida Building Code. The maximum design wind pressure for the screen room walls is 21.6 psf. The maximum design pressure for the screen room roof panel is +85.0 psf and -85.0 psf. These screen room structures can be attached to the masonry wall but not to the fascia or eave of the roof. Screen room mean roof height above ground level shall be Less than 15 feet. A registered engineer or architect proficient in structural design shall certify that the existing supporting structure is adequate to carry the superimposed loads from the screen room structure. 4.0 CONDITIONS OF USE: The design of the structural elements shall be based on the general notes, plans, elevations, sections, connection details and schedules shown on the approved drawing number 96 -313 sheets 1 through 5 of 5 revised on 03/21/97 bearing the Dade County Product Control approval stamp. Any of the following shall also be grounds for removal of this Acceptance: a) Unsatisfactory performance of this product or process; b) Misuse of this Acceptance as an endorsement of any product, for sales, advertising or any other purposes. 6.
