Perimeter /edge wall or other roof extension may block this discharge if overflow scuppers (wall outlets) are not provided. It may be necessary to install overflow scuppers in a rdance with the requirements of Sections R4402, R4403 and R4413. 7. Ventilation: Most roof structures should have some ability to vent natural airflow through the interior of the structure assembly (the building itself).
