Physical Description: Structure is an excellent example of Mediterranean Revival architecture in a two - story residence on a large,, well - landscaped lot. Front (S) projecting wing on W has double French doors separated by molded pilaster, carved masonry lintels. Second story has 3 sets French doors, molded pilasters, arched solid transoms and a masonry balcony. Main mass (E) has French doors with carved lintels and pilasters on 1st floor, 4 -pane casement with pilasters on 2nd. Porte cochere on W has round arch pedestrian bay; square auto bay with carver lintels; 3 round arch bays on W. Hip roof on residence has exposed rafters. Masonry wall with pedestrian arch connects house to one -story garage in rear (N).
