Please be advised that I checked the above referenced
property today. As I mentioned to you in our telephone
conversations, I inspected this property on several
occasions and discussed the condition of the roof with
the owner. As I am sure you know, the roof has been
inspected for tin cap and mop -on. At the present time,
the tile installation is about 70% complete. The
workmanship thus far is good to excellent. From comments
from the owner, I gather that the roof has been in its
present condition for some number of months.
