Significance:
Structure is an excellent example of a small frame cottage.. It is
significant for its traditional detailing (white horz. weatherboard,
green shutters, white picket fence), and its setting, situated at
the back of a large lot landscaped with many large trees. It is
located in an area of Miami Shores where there are many frame homes
and is cohesive within the neighborhood.

with many large trees. It is an extremely well- maintained property. The
home reflects the traditional detailing of a cottage, built of white
horizontal weatherboard with green shutters and a white picket fence.
A detached one -story garage, converted to guest quarters, is located at
