Glaussen moved that the bids be referred . to the City Manager to analyze
an d grant contract to lowest bidder. Motion was seconded by Mr. Walker and
ssed unanimously.
At the Planning Board meeting of August 9, 1962, approval was
recommended for permit to finish a room and bath in an accessory building
830 N. E. 91st Terrace for use by the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Lentz,
conjunction with their swimming pool. It was also stipulated that Mr. Lentz
Auld be required to sign an affidavit stating that this addition will never be
-_sed as a rental unit. After some discussion, Mr. Saxon moved that the
T anning Board action be upheld. Motion was seconded by Mr. Rudnick and
ssed unanimously.
A request was received from the Director of the County Public Works
Department, that a resolution and utility agreement be executed by Miami

ores Village in connection with the widening of 95th Street between N. W. Znd
ve. and N. E. 2nd Ave. Mr. Walker moved that the proposed RESOLUTION
. 422 be approved. Motion was seconded by Mr. Claussen and passed 3/2
—th Messrs. Saxon and Rudnick dissenting. Mr. Rudnick stated he had voted
jbainst the previous resolution and this one because he felt the street should
only from N. W. Znd Ave. to Miami Ave.
_East Coast Railway in connection with the new gates at the equipment crossing
