materials, use, andfor manufacture of the product or process. Misuse ofthia NOA as an Indorsement of any
product, for salts, advertising or ally other purposes shall automatically terminate this NOA. Failure to comply
with any section of this NOA shall be cause for ten tinat1on and removal of NOA.

the pressure requirements, as determined by applicable Building Code does not exceed the design

3.2 For mortar or adhesive set tile applications, a static field uplift test shall be performed m
accordance with RAS 106.
3.3 Applicant n1`iali retain the services of a Miami -Dade County Certified Laboratory to perform
quarterly test in accordance with TAS 112, appendix 'A'. Such testing shall be submitted to
the Building Code Compliance Office for review.
3.4 Minimum uuderlaymeutt shall be in compllauce with the applicable Roofing Applications
Standards listed sectian 4.1 hta'4in.

lists uplift resistance values with the use of Polyproc A1-1160,

section and the corresponding Placement Details noted herein The roof tilt
assembly's adhesive attachment with the use of Polypro¢,t A1 shrill provide
sufficient attachment resistance, expressed as an upiift based system, to meet or exceed
the uplift resistance determined in compliance with Miami-Dade County Roofing
Application Standards R.AS 127. The adhesive attachment data is noted in the roof
