I would like to thank you for coming to our house on the same day of my request, and
informed me of the steps we need to take in order to finish our remodeling project,
which has been very unpleasant for all of us and the cost unbelievable.
Through this letter I would like to request your permission to finish the cosmetic work
that need to be complete in our kitchen and family room, so my family can go back to
our normal life. I understand that the structural work performed in our dining room
where the French doors were put on, need to be inspected by an engineer in order
for him to determine if the job performed is secured enough for the house. This will
be done in a short period of time.
Through your years of experience and contacts in this type of business, probably you
can recommend an engineer that might help us, inspect this particular job.
