• 4. In the event payment on this contract Is enforced through attorneys or by suit or in
bankruptcy or probate proceedings, seller may recover and purchaser hereby agrees
• to pay reasobabie attomay fees and costs of court.
5. All sums not paid as due shall bear Interest at the maximjum rate allowable by law until
date payment is received and unless otherwise stated all sums become due and
payable upon substantial completion of work. Contractor will retain title until full
payment of obligation of indebtedness Is met. The purchaser whose name appears
on this agreement personalty guarantees payment of this contract.
6. Contractor shall not be responsible for any fault due to cracks or heaves in existing
subsurface, discoloration or hidrostatic pressure.
7. Purchaser assumes all liabllity for damage to pools, pipes, and electrical systems. If
hobs are drilled for drainage they are drilled at the purchasers risk.
8. Buyer Is responsible for removal of all non stationary objects on areas which work is
to be done.
9. Purchaser hereby acknowledges and accepts the fact that product to be Installed may
vary in color from that displayed on samples.
10. In the event any tiles are broken shall only be responsible for its best efforts in matching
and Installind said tile.
11. The purchaser shall be solely responsible for applying and obtaining any permits
whatsoever.
12. Once sealer is applied, Purchaser shall be solely responsible for any and all footprints,
by pets and others prior to hardening.
13. Due to conditions beyond our control, concrete will not be changed or modify once
ii has hardened, any additional leveling or straightening will be charged extra and must
be noted at top of contract.
14. Cantiliever copings may vary in thickness due to existing job conditions.
15. Not responsible for cold points In installation due to rain, temperature, stating and
stopping of work, or acts of God.
16. _ The Purchaser acknotedges that when we clean, seal, or patch exissting installation,
we give no warranty as to the results of our work.
17. In case of conflict this agreement will govern.
ARTISTIC CONCRETE Strongly recommends the use of
crack control joints to minimize the possibilities of cracking.
