1230 NE 91 Terr (11)June 6, 1989 Building Inspection Division Building and Zoning Dept. Miami Shores, Florida Re: Swimming Pool Inspection; 1230 NE 91 Terrace Dade County, Florida Dear Sir: This letter will acknowledge and certify that an inspection of the above referenced project was made by a representative of this office this date (May 26, 1989). Due to unusually unstabile soil conditions (MUCK) present at the site, it became necessary to place concrete prior to the normally scheduled steel inspection required by the County. Abandonment of the jobsite, over the weekend, until a scheduled visit by your office could be made, would have jeopardized the owners safety in addition to a considerable loss due to sliding in the event of heavy rain. At the inspection, the steel was found to be in compliance with the approved plans. Furthermore, the main drain suction manifold was recorded at a pressure of 40 P.S.I. plus. Consequently, the pool contractor (PORPOISE POOLS, INC.) was given our consent to place the concrete scheduled for Saturday, May 27th, 1989. Further information regarding this inspection can be obtained simply by contacting our office anytime. Thank You!
