I (We) acknowledge that a new swimming pool, spa or hot tub will be constructed or
installed at t4-(10 t on-- 5 rmiami shores,, Fl., and hereby affirm that one of
the following methods will be used to meet the requirements of Chapter 515, Florida
Statutes.

The pool will be isolated from access from the home by an enclosure
that meets the pool barrier requirments of Florida Statute 515.29;
The pool will be equipped with an approved salty cover that
complies with ASTM F1346 -91;
All doors and windows rovidin d'

pool will be equiped with an exit alarm that has a minimum sound
pressure rating of 85 decibels at 10 feet;
All doors providing direct access from the home to the pool will be
equipped with self - closing, self - latching devices with release
mechanisms placed no lower than 54" above the floor or deck;
I understand that not having one of the above installed at the time of final inspection,
when pool is completed for contract purposes, will constitute a violation of Chater 515,
F.S. and will be con
committing a misdemeanor of the second degree,
by fines up to t 60 days in jail as established in Chapter 775, F.S.

To: Miami Shores Permitting Office
Let it be known that the owner residents of 1410 NE 102 Street, Mr. David E.
Briggs and Jeffrey S. Mathews acknowledge and understand the following:
The existing fencing currently located on the rear boundaries of the above
mentioned property do not belong to us nor do we have any ownership interest
in them.
Should the owner(s) to the east of our property located at 1420 NE 102 Street
with an existing pool on their property decide to remove their chain link fence,
and should the owner(s) to the southeast of our property located at 1421 NE
101 Street with an existing pool on their property remove their chain link fence
and should the owner(s) located due south of our property located at 1411 NE
101 Street remove their wooden fence and should the owner(s) located to the
south west of our property located at 10151 NE 14 Avenue remove their chain
link fence; It will be the sole responsibility of David E. Briggs and Jeffrey S.
Mathews to install a fence(s) in replacement of the ones subject to removal prior
to the existing fence being removed so that we remain in compliance of all Miami
Shores Village and Dade County fencing regulations around a residential pool
area.
We also acknowledge and understand that any replacement fencing required by
us must be done so in accordance with Miami Shores Village approvals and
permitting requirements.
